Membrion, a Seattle-based provider of sustainable industrial wastewater treatment solutions, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of two seasoned executives to drive commercial growth and innovation.

Patrick Ryan, VP of Sales
Patrick Ryan joins as Vice President of Sales, bringing more than 30 years of experience in industrial wastewater solutions. He has led commercial strategies across capital equipment, operating services, and design-build project development, with expertise spanning remediation, waste-to-energy, zero liquid discharge (ZLD), and desalination. Ryan has also advised numerous private equity-backed water technology companies.
Chris Kane joins as Senior Product Manager, bringing over a decade of expertise in advanced materials and climate tech innovation. He has led venture scouting, startup partnerships, and product development with a focus on bringing transformative sustainable materials to market.

The appointments come as Membrion’s Electro-Ceramic Desalination (ECD) technology gains traction across industries. From semiconductor manufacturing and metal finishing to oil & gas, batteries, and food & beverage, Membrion’s modular ECD membranes are addressing critical wastewater challenges through resource recovery, efficiency, and sustainability.
